1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing SPLIT: Perfect Cut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License to Use

Patil Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible mobile devices.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The game offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. Remove Ads, VIP Pass, Coins, Gems).
All transactions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing.
Virtual currency and items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to exploit glitches, reverse engineer, use unauthorized automation/cheats, or manipulate global leaderboards. Any fraudulent behavior may result in permanent suspension of access to cloud sync and competitive features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for seamless performance, Patil Labs does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.
