We collect information to provide and improve game services, save your progress, and deliver smooth gameplay.

A. Information You Provide to Us

Google Account Information (Optional): When you choose to sign in using "Sign In with Google", we receive your basic public profile details from Google Identity Services, including your name, email address, profile photo URL, and a unique user ID. This is strictly used to authenticate your game account and synchronize your stars, coins, and levels across devices.
Support Communications: If you contact us via email, we collect your email address and any details provided in your inquiry.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Game Progress & Statistics: Level completion status, precision accuracy scores, coins, gems, unlocked cosmetics, and daily challenge high scores.
Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, language settings, and anonymous application crash logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

To manage your player profile and authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In.
To synchronize your game progress, stars, and virtual coins across multiple devices using cloud storage.
To display your precision cutting scores on global and daily leaderboards.
To verify in-app purchases and restore VIP or Ad-Free entitlements.
To monitor app stability, fix crashes, and optimize game performance.
To provide customer support and respond to user requests.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our application. These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose:

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your profile data as long as your account remains active. You have full control over your data:

Account & Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time directly inside the game via Settings > Delete Account, or by emailing us at patillabsdev@gmail.com. Upon request, all stored data will be permanently wiped within 7 business days.

5. Children's Privacy

Our game is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete such information.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and secure token-based authentication to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
